Hello, I’m Mimi.
Professionally, I spend my day’s slinging events for some of London’s best-loved wine bars. Leisurely, I spend my time, eating, drinking, travelling and devouring galleries.
It occurred to me, that when Mimi by day (super organised, quick on the ball and obsessed with attention to detail), combined with Mimi by night (either A - browsing through Skyscanner, B - somewhere in the world eating delicious small plates with super tasty wine/cocktails, or C - scouring the interweb to see ‘what’s on’ in Arts/Leisure) that some pretty detailed and fabulous maps could be created.
I shan’t feign that I am the first to have the idea, nor that my idea is necessarily the best version of what I’m representing. But I will say that if you like food, wine and a touch of culture, these maps are a pretty good bet to show you a good time.
The nature of hospitality means that these maps are constantly changing and evolving, and I’m always keeping my finger on the pulse. With this being said, I’m always looking for a new Hidden Gem across the globe - if you see a map that isn’t representing a spot you think it should be - call me out!
